Safety for All
VISTASAFE is a series of innovative EVA copolymer-base interlayers developed by TPI All Seasons specifically for the laminated glass industry. The materials are made of world-class quality EVA resins and are formulated for ease in processability, excellent optical properties, and long-term stability. Due to its outstanding adhesive strength to glass, excellent durability against heat, noise pollution, moisture, and UV radiation, VISTASAFE offers superior durability and safety aspects to withstand severe environment or outdoor exposure (EN ISO 12543-4). VISTASAFE interlayer shows excellent resistance to impact in accordance with DIN EN356 and EN12600.

Highly Effective
Double Embossed: VS102, VS103, and VS104 have been designed with both surfaces embossed for easier de-airing even in low-quality ovens with a not-so-efficient vacuum pump.
Compatibility
Low temperature crosslinking at +100°C provides the possibility of lamination with sensitive inserts, fabrics, mesh, and electronic components without thermal damage.
Maximum Clarity
The clearest, most transparent EVA interlayer on the market, offering new possibilities in combination with Low-Iron, Anti-Reflective, or Switchable glass for premium architectural applications.
Durable Choice
Superb hydrophobicity and perfect thermosetting property make VISTASAFE ideal for outdoors and exposed edges — one of the few interlayers suitable for severe environment exposure.
VS102-Super Clear: High clarity, excellent adhesive strength, and long-term durability. Good fluidity for patterned glass and fabric insert applications. Suitable for both interior and exterior use.
VS103-Ultra Clear: Designed for high performance architectural applications with superior adhesive, cohesive, and tensile strengths. Excellent optical properties with lower edge flow-out.
VS301-Polar Frost: White EVA providing total privacy and enhanced opacity. Can be mixed with other VS ranges to produce a wide spectrum of colours and shades.
VS401-Arctic White: Translucent/diffused EVA creating a satin or sandblasted look. The more layers used, the more diffused the outcome.
Product Series
Six interlayer product series: VS101–VS104 Clear options, VS301 Polar Frost, VS401 Arctic White, VS601 Ultra Cool, and VSExE Security. Each engineered for different lamination needs.
Low Temp Lamination
VISTASAFE interlayers crosslink at temperatures as low as +100°C (time dependent), enabling safe lamination with sensitive inserts, fabrics, mesh, and electronics without thermal damage.
Flame Resistance
UL 94 certified for flame resistance. Combined with EN ISO 12543-4 durability, EN 356 impact resistance, and ISO 9050 solar protection standards.
Superior Durability
Due to its outstanding adhesive strength to glass, VISTASAFE offers up to 4× better resistance to heat, moisture, UV radiation, and noise compared to standard PVB interlayers.
